Prediction of MAG Welding Formation Based on Fuzzy Interpolation Reasoning

Welding is an important production and processing method in industrial production. Due to the uncertainty of its process complexity mechanism, it challenging construct accurate welding parameter model describe it. Fuzzy interpolation reasoning a valuable tool realm intelligent systems. It helps reduce fuzzy models can be used for systems with sparse rule bases. This paper provides that combines set distance similarity. The proposed applied forming predictions, penetration predicted by given current speed. results show algorithm has high calculation accuracy.
